Happy marriage reduces work stress
Women’s satisfaction with their marriage can affect how quickly she can recover from hard work.
According to a new study involving 60 California couples, happy married wives have recovered time from stunning dizzying work.
All couples are full-time workers.
Each couple has 2, 3 children and applied for a mortgage.
For 4 days, both husband and wife have insisted on keeping track of their work stress levels.
They also provided saliva samples 4 times a day and evaluated their marriage satisfaction.
Researchers measured the levels of stress hormone semolitol in saliva samples.
After a hard day’s work, the level of linolein of a happy married wife has accelerated.
The findings suggest that women who are happy in marriage are more likely to release work stress, while women who are unhappy in marriage do not get enough comfort to return home.
”A woman with a happy marriage may have more space, time, and support, which are all necessary to rest after a busy day.
“The number of researchers includes Namei Saxby, a graduate student in psychology at UCLA.
Husbands are not the same.
After work, social interactions of age continue, and cortisol levels remain high in the evenings for men, even for men who are happy in marriage.
Why is there a difference between husband and wife?
Saxby’s team notes that women may be more sensitive to the quality of marriage than men because of the different ways the body copes with stress.
